Summary: On 01/13 at approx. 2136 hrs, two suspects removed a wall mounted air conditioner unit from the exterior of the structure and made entry. The suspects spent several minutes prying open the cash register. After taking the cash, the suspects took 20 cases of beer, several packages of cigarettes and grabbed stacks of lottery scratcher tickets which they left behind.

On Friday, September 24, 2010, between 3:40 pm and 4:30 pm., victim Hanna Marcos was at his home, located in the 4100 block of W. 137th Street in Hawthorne, when a male suspect, wearing a white shirt and dark pants, came to the front door. The suspect entered the home where he assaulted and killed Mr. Marcos. Several items were stolen from the the residence. Investigators believe there are residents in the neighborhood who may have seen the suspect entering or leaving the victim`s home.

On August 22, 2010, Christian Alcantar was at a friend`s home celebrating the friend`s birthday along with several other friends and family members of the birthday boy. Christian Alcantar was the DJ at the party. Shortly after 2:00 a.m., Christian Alcantar stopped playing music and began to pack up his equipment. He had taken several pieces of equipment to his vehicle which was parked nearby. As he stood near his vehicle, he was approached and shot by the suspect(s).
Christian Alcantar was not a gang member, but a student at a local college who also worked as a teachers aid at a local elementary school.
The shooting took place near the intersection of Sunol Drive and San Carlos Street in the City of Los Angeles.
